Position Summary:
The Manager, Software Engineering, lead the team working on the development of software applications and ensures engineers follow set regulations and goals. The Manager, Software Engineering should have thorough knowledge of the technical aspect of software engineering to effectively manage the development process. As a manager, you will use mentorship skills and technical expertise to lead the team to deliver high-value work. With the primary focus to ensure the team ships high quality, scalable software at a regular cadence, while maintaining a cohesive and inclusive team environment.
