The founder of On Track ABA Therapy is a BCBA who started as an RBT, has worked in a variety of environments, and has a desire to share her love of ABA to anyone who wants to make a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. At On Track we strive to focus on each individual kiddo and their family and adjust programing and scheduling to facilitate changes that will have the most effective and positive impact on their daily lives. Day to day responsibilities:

As a Registered Behavior Technician you will be working 1 on 1 with a child on increasing functional communication, improving independent play, increasing appropriate social skills, increasing independence of activities of daily living, and reducing challenging behavior. While engaging with client’s during fun and reinforcing activities, we will work with each child using research based methods and individualized programming for the child to reach and maintain independence across all environments.

• Highschool Diploma Required
• Bachelor Degree Preferred
• Experience working with children
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness and ability to learn and implement ABA strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to accept and respond professionally to feedback

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
