On Time Delivery is one of the most experienced and largest on-demand transportation services in the Twin Cities Metro area. We are rapidly growing and currently seeking a permanent full-time Recruiter to develop and execute effective strategies to attract top talent for the organization.

You possess:
- Strong communication skills

- Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting

- Knowledge of employment and labor laws

- Ability to effectively negotiate and manage relationships

- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

You will:

· Connect with warm candidates sourced from postings on Indeed, Craigslist, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and many more job boards

· Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to maintain consistent flow of Independent Contractor prospects

· Effectively recruit for internal staffing

· Maintain records within an ATS and utilize tools for efficiency and reporting

· Perform motor vehicle checks and criminal background checks, reference and employment verifications, contract preparation and more

· Successfully move candidates through the interview process to start

· Contributes in all aspects of employee recruiting, interviewing and hiring

· Prepare employee introductory package, distribute and discuss new hire documents and benefits package and prepare pre-employment screening consent forms and run criminal background checks

· Communicate company policies including no smoking in building, drug free workplace, PTO policies, tardiness/absentee issues and concerns, unprofessional behavior, maternity leave, etc.

· Earn a competitive base salary plus generous commission and bonus for earnings potential of $60k - $75k or more

· Experience a robust training program that prepares you to be set up for the optimal potential for success
