About the Role
The Vice President of Product Marketing for Back Office Systems at the company is a key leadership role with both managerial and individual contributor responsibilities. The role also involves process improvement, pricing and packaging evaluation, competitive intelligence, and serving as a subject matter expert in product marketing.Applicants must have at least 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a background in high-growth market leaders serving enterprise markets. A minimum of 4 years managing high-performance product marketing teams is required. Experience in marketing software solutions in the multifamily property industry, real estate technology, FinTech, procure-to-pay, ERP, or related solution areas is essential. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer/information science, or related disciplines is mandatory, with an MBA preferred. The ideal candidate will be a skilled leader, communicator, and storyteller, with a deep understanding of B2B sales processes and strong analytical abilities. They should be a pragmatic self-starter, with excellent project management skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. Passion for growth, excellence, and continuous improvement is also a key requirement for this role.
