About On Scene Services (OSS):

On Scene Services (OSS) is the leading provider of alternative police response services for law enforcement departments across the country. Position Overview:

The Market Leader, Baltimore will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our alternative police response services in their designated markets. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and management skills. They will recruit and manage a team of supervisors and agents to drive significant revenue growth. They will bring or develop a deep understanding of law enforcement dynamics to establish strong partnerships with-in the city and across law enforcement agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ambitious Goal Attainment: You will have ambitious revenue goals that you will be responsible for hitting through key levers at your disposal.
  • P&L Management: Not only will you be responsible for hitting ambitious topline goals but you must do so while maintaining a profitable bottom line as well.
  • KPI Tracking & Analysis: Track against key KPIs and perform analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
  • City and Police Department Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the cities and police departments that we work with.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to agent supervisors, market operations team, and traffic agents in the field.
  • Hiring and Agent Funnel: You will be responsible for maintaining an active pipeline of agent recruits and make decisions who and when to bring them on.
  • Performance Management: Track and manage the performance of all members of your team and take action as necessary
  • Schedule Management: Efficiently staffing against call opportunities will be a critical lever in achieving ambitious targets.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the training team to ensure that OSS Agents are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to people in accidents..
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies in all business activities and report writing while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. Provide an exceptional client experience in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Facilities & Asset Management: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our on the ground facilities and assuring our assets our secured and maintained

Qualifications:

  • Past success and high performance in consulting, banking, technology, an entrepreneurial venture, business management or related fields.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Highly adaptive, independent and flexible. Can thrive in ambiguity in a start-up environment. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on any task-no matter how big or small.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with law enforcement professionals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and develop effective strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel in a limited capacity as needed for training or company events.
