Sierra Interactive helps real estateprofessionals close more deals. Ourscalable, easy to use platform helps our customers leverage best in classmarketing technology to manage and grow their businesses. We are looking for a Director of Marketing tohelp us move to our next phase of expansion. This role will report to the CEO. They will partner with our Director of Product, Sales Team and CustomerSuccess to establish a marketing plan which will enable Sierra Interactive toreach their growth and market recognition targets.

Description / Job Function
This is a full-time, fully remote position.
You will own creating and executing the company’s marketing plan. This will include creating, analyzing andimproving metrics around market recognition, market penetration, partnerprograms, vendor programs, and customer metrics (wallet share, acquisition,retention).
