Omniscius Consulting is Hiring a Senior Project Manager (Health Care IT) Near Washington, DC

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in integrating software solutions within government health agencies in Washington, DC. This role demands oversight of the Human Resource Enterprise Systems (HRES) project from development through to maintenance, ensuring seamless integration, adherence to federal standards, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage the HRES project lifecycle, focusing on the integration of software solutions. 
  • Utilize expertise in US Government Health Agency processes and requirements to navigate project challenges and ensure compliance.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to manage the project team, fostering collaboration, and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with agency stakeholders to align project goals with agency objectives and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Oversee project compliance with all applicable federal regulations and US health agency standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated 10 years' experience working on projects for Government Health US Agencies is essential.
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager in integrating software into government agencies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
  • Certified Scrum Manager (CSM) certification required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to obtain US Public Trust 
  • Must be US Citizen
