As Environmental, Health, & Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring plant and chemical safety
Performing risk analysis
Preparing and maintaining safety documents for policies and procedures
Leading safety meetings and training
Ensuring OSHA compliance and making any necessary changes
Leading chemical inventory
Performing ergonomic and hazard assessments and making recommendations
Ensuring safe disposal of hazardous substances
Making improvements on machine safeguards, fire regulations, noise, etc.
To be considered for the Environmental, Health, & Safety Coordinator position you must have:
Previous EHS experience in a manufacturing facility or through formal education
Experience/familiarity with ISO 14001
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
