Omni Aerospace is seeking an experienced Aviation Assembly Technician to join our team. You will report directly to the Mechanical Assembly Supervisor.

This is a great opportunity if you want to be a part of a growing organization with a small company feel. You must live within a commutable distance from Wichita.

We are looking to hire someone quickly, so this opportunity won't be around long!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Seals parts
• Drills, reams and countersinks holes in subassemblies, bolts, rivets, or otherwise fastens subassemblies into structural assembly using hand tools and Pneumatic tools.
• Installs hardware
• Tracks inventory to ensure proper number of parts for assembly
• Reads blueprints and specs
• Performs other duties as requested

Requirements

• Aerospace machine parts assembly experience required
• Ability to read and understand complex work instructions, blueprints, and specs
• Experience with all types of assembly tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Teamwork and the ability to work with diverse people and groups is required
