Omm IT Solutions is Hiring a Technical Support and Analyst(Fare Collection) Near Los Angeles, CA
Please Note:
- This role can be Hybrid or on-site.
- Normal business hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
Requirements
Basic Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of total experience.
- Fare analysis and fare technology integration with local and regional partners (LA Metro, Amtrak, OCTA, etc.) for the ticket machines
- Future installation support and oversight for INIT ticket machines to ensure requirements are met.
- Support for the upcoming and future projects
- Optic Scanners - Support future integration efforts with local and regional partners
Required skills:
Expert knowledge among a maximum of the following skills
- INIT ticket machines, ticket office machines and back office
- Cubic optic scanners
- Masabi / SolidRun
- Single Board
- Computers (SBCs)
- Masabi mobile and
- inspection apps
