• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HUD compliance and tax credit compliance, with specific knowledge of Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH).
• Must speak Spanish

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the compliance program.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related complaints or issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be able to speak Spanish
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HUD compliance and tax credit compliance, with specific knowledge of Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH).
• Strong understanding of tax credit regulations and their integration with HUD requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure both HUD and tax credit compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and regulatory bodies.
• Proficiency in Realpage One-site software to facilitate efficient data management and compliance tracking.
• Willingness to travel periodically to New York, New Jersey, and Virginia as required.
• Must have a residence within a 30-minute commute to Monsey, NY.
