Primary responsibilities:

• Preparing expense reports
• Conducting new business intakes
• tracking attorney time, editing pre-bills
• Maintaining electronic files
• Assisting with travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications:

• The candidate must have 3 years of_ Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or Legal EA exp._
• Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
• Proofreading and solid computer skills are essential.
• Overtime flexibility is required.
• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent in experience

Benefits

• $60,000 - $95,000
• OT and Bonus as additional compensation
