outside sales positions in several areas. The ideal candidate will generate new business as well
as perform cold-calls in the field to generate new
permanent sales. This candidate should be able to support existing clients and have an ability to conduct product demonstrations.
Responsibilities Identify leads, manage prospective customers and acquire new business
Demonstrate extensive product line knowledge
Plan, determine, target accounts and markets to call on. Perform calls to potential customers setting meetings and follow up calls; Service new and existing clients, perform site survey's by reviewing site equipment, inspection,
evaluation, gathering pertinent information
Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
Accomplish sales objectives by planning,
developing, implementing, and evaluating field action plans Qualifications (preferred not required)
1 year experience in cold calling sales with strong
track record of success (however, novice sales
individuals encouraged to apply)
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently to
meet or exceed goals
Represent the company in a professional and
courteous manner;
Provide exceptional customer service:
Respond to all customer emails, inquiries, and
phone calls in a timely manner;
Protect the organization's value by keeping
information confidential.
Successful completion of a pre-employment
background check and drug screen as required by.
customer base.
This position will be full-time, salary plus commission & gas allowance
with the starting salary be based upon experience. The typical work schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday.

Omega's compensation structure is a combination of
fixed salary and variable performance-based
compensation elements (commissions and bonus). We
target an annual compensation level of $60,000
$100,000 in your first year of employment.
