Omada Worldwide Logistics is looking for an experienced Brokerage Agent that can Pioneer Omada Worldwide Logistics Truckload Brokerage program. Experience in freight brokering or freight sales is highly desired. Agents are paid solely on commission.

Freight Broker Responsibilities:

• Generating leads and attracting new prospects to develop a sales pipeline
• Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services
• Providing customers with shipping quotes
• Collaborating with customers, shippers and carriers to manage scheduled picks and drops
• Updating customers on status of shipments, and assisting with other inquiries
• Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace
• Must be Trustworthy and Honest
• 2 years Proven Freight Experience Preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional conduct in a fast paced and stressful environment.
• Well-organized with ability to set and execute on priorities.
• Excellent typing skills and knowledge of PC applications with ability to work with multiple screens and interfaces.
• Must develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of third party logistics brokers.
• Strong experience and thorough knowledge of DOT and FMCSA
