Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Greater Indianapolis. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, and resolving payment discrepancies. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also be responsible for generating invoices, monitoring customer accounts, and communicating with customers regarding payment status. Prior experience in a corporate environment related to positions is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and/or accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles is a plus
