This role involves assisting the management team with various recruitment and selection activities, as well as on-boarding and employee relations. Hybrid Recruiter: Tarryn de KockResponsibilities:• Collaborate with management team to meet staffing needs• Create and post job advertisements to various sources• Screen applicants for suitability and job fit• Schedule interviews and coordinate pre-employment assessments• Assist with on-boarding of new employees• Address and resolve any employee relations issues• Participate in various recruiting, diversity, and HR-related projects• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient recruitment processes• Conduct full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding• Use Spanish Language skills when necessary in the recruitment process.
