We have an immediate opening for a full-time Massage Therapist at our thriving Puyallup 112th St. clinic.
Guaranteed, Consistent Income
The Olympic Sports & Spine model is a bit different. We guarantee 40 hours of pay each week, regardless of how many patients you see. Yes, all Massage Therapists are paid for downtime, so you can be assured of a dependable, predictable income. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Guaranteed Limits on Daily Work
Massage Therapists are limited to a maximum of 6 patients per eight-hour day. Regardless of patient volume, Olympic Sports & Spine is committed to limiting the job's physical demands on the therapist in the interest of employee health.
At OSS, our massage therapists are responsible for offering therapeutic massage therapy to OSS patients. OSS requires that massage therapists provide treatment using conventional techniques such as Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage.

Scope of Practice
At Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS), the focus is on orthopedics. Orthopedic rehabilitation addresses injury and disease that involves muscle, bone, ligament, tendon, and joints. Injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, physical activity, work, or overuse are most common.
At OSS, our massage therapists are responsible for offering therapeutic massage therapy to OSS patients. OSS requires that massage therapists provide treatment using conventional techniques such as Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage.
Sign On Bonus!
We are currently offering a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for all Massage Therapists. $1,500 is paid after 90 days, and the remaining $1,500 after two years of employment. In addition, up to $3,900 per year in productivity bonuses.

Education
Must possess a graduation certificate from an accredited school of Massage Therapy.
Certifications/Licenses/Registrations
Must possess or obtain and maintain an active Washington State Licensed Massage Practitioner license.
