JOB SUMMARY:
The Screening Representative provides excellent customer service by employing OMC’s C.A.R.E. standards while greeting all patients, employees, and visitors to our clinics and hospital buildings with compassion and empathy while performing any necessary wellness screenings to allow access. The Representative explains OMC/OMP policies and procedures necessary for entry to campus and is responsible for maintaining a smooth flow through the screening process. This role works closely and collaboratively with Security and other hospital and clinic staff to make every person’s experience a positive one.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High school diploma/GED required
Experience
Customer service, reception, or healthcare experience preferred
Licensure/Credentials
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
