Reports to: Director of Advising and Student Success
Olympic College is recruiting to fill a full-time Program Assistant position for the Advising Center Front Desk. The Program Assistant will work with the Student Development Administrative Assistant and the Advising Director to greet students who come to the physical and virtual Advising Center, answer phone calls and emails, and schedule appointments with Success Coaches.

Terms of Employment
This is a full-time classified position scheduled to work 40 hours a week, with a salary range of $34,680 - $44,808 All classified positions will start their salary at Step A, when you have completed six months of probation, you will receive a 5 percent pay increase. A collective bargaining agreement exists, and this position is covered by the Washington Public Employees Associate (WPEA) Union. Conditions of Employment
