RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead a team of 4-6 crew members; delegate, train, and ensure safety
• Ensure quality repairs are performed on homes in accordance with company and industry standards
• Job site management: examine and inspect job progress
• Create a great customer experience by communicating effectively, answering questions, and clarifying project timelines for the customer
• Safely operate company vehicle and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

QUALIFICATIONS:

• No experience necessary! We will train you!
• Must be able to bend and stoop
• Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
• Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
• We are a drug-free workplace. Must undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Bilingual English & Spanish is a plus
