Key Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as a single point of contact for all residents; exhibit excellent customer service while investigating and resolving resident concerns.
- Process and type daily correspondence; post various notices at homes when needed.
- Receive resident work orders and enter them into the system for the maintenance team.
- Act as the information liaison between the Property Manager and residents.
- Create and circulate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual resident correspondence.
- Maintain an up-to-date resident call list.
- File evictions, late letter, notice to cease, notice to quit, coordinate constable lockouts.
- Minimum one year of experience in the property management industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- High level of interpersonal, conflict management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Remote Landlord, a plus.
- Assist Leasing Professionals as needed.
- Team player.
