Job Description

Olgas Kitchen is part of Michigan-based TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants. Based in Livonia, we employ over 7,000 employees across multiple brands and are looking to grow our TEAM.

Supervisor Functions :

• Assist Managers with recruiting, interviewing and orientating new hires
• Train and coach new and existing employees
• Ensure that staffing levels are maintained on each shift
• Attend weekly meetings with management when applicable
• Assist with day to day operations and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to maintain calm presence during stressful situations
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• One-Two years of previous restaurant supervision
