Position Summary:

Primarily responsible for communicating with customers, providing information regarding product benefits and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience on the property. This position encompasses responsibilities for both retail and bar services.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a positive demeanor
• Helping customers navigate the property
• Participating in periodic team meetings
• Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills
• Being knowledgeable about the benefits and uses of each product
• Ensuring that all products or merchandise are placed in their respective areas
• Ensuring that all stock is replenished and assigned area is clean
• Communicating with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters
• Handling sales transactions and operating cash registers
• Providing honest and positive feedback to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers’ expectations
• Be aware of current promotional events and sales
• Perform other duties as assigned; concession, bar, floater, etc.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention and inventory control and compliance procedures
• Engage customers during their experience and establish a lasting relationship.
• Any other tasks as requested by management

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Previous retail or bar experience preferred
• Open availability to work various shifts and days of the week; nights & weekends may be a requirement
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Cash handling experience is preferred
• Familiar with our brands and passionate about them
• Professional in appearance
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Ability to multitask while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business

Physical demands & work environment

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching

• Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• May lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
