Oldestone Steakhouse in New Hope, PA is looking for a soux chef to join our team. We are located on 15 S Main St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Oversee Kitchen when Head Chef is not on premise
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Reinforcing cleaning schedules and prep schedules
- Assist Head chef with ordering, inventories, menu planning and scheduling
Qualifications
- 5 years cooking experience while leading the line
- Nights, weekends, holidays availability
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with high volume and fine dining
- Bilingual, while not required, it would be a plus
