**Job Title:** Customer Experience Specialist

**Pay Scale:** Top Customer Experience Specialist can make $20/hr or more

**Incentive Pay:** Offering and selling Maintenance Agreements, renewing maintenance agreements, accessories, follow up with service recommendations with customers, and positive reviews.

**Benefits:** Medical 50% paid for employee, dental, vision, 401k with match, vacation time, other insurance benefits offered

**Work Hours:** Monday through Friday, 7:30am 5:00pm

**Primary Job Function:** Contact customers before, during, and after service to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including following up with customers questions and concerns as needed. Encourage customers to rate and review us on Google, Yelp, and other social media platforms.

**Required Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Pass background check & drug screen

* 2 years customer service experience, or combination of education and experience

* Stellar customer service skills

* The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers

* Proficient Microsoft Office experience

* Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

* Follow processes and procedures

* General sales skills and aptitude

* Advanced communication skills both written and verbal

* Ability to work independently and as a team

* HVAC or similar industry experience desired
