Here's What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Contribute to month-end close cycle by providing accurate and timely information for appropriate decision making and reporting
  • Monitor and enforce appropriate SOX controls to ensure a strong internal control environment is present
  • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results. Facilitates monthly reviews of actual spend and charts course correction with leadership
  • Develop predictive financial models to create annual budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Partner with manufacturing facilities throughout the capital expenditure life cycle by providing analysis and tracking support for fixed asset additions
  • Champion world-class KPI tracking system and development of cadence around monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Partner with the manufacturing facilities to understand the costs and drivers of our products
  • Utilize costing information that you help develop to understand the true profitability of our product lines and customer channels, and work with management to make data-supported business decisions
  • Conduct various analyses understanding not only "what", but also "why" and "what’s the fix" related to production performance, partnering with teams to develop KPI’s that support driving profitable growth.
  • Challenge existing processes, systems, reports, data analysis, and outputs to implement necessary changes towards incremental creation of a best-in-class finance and accounting organization
  • Proactively partner with the broader organization to drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes across the entire business spectrum focusing on cost reduction, revenue generation, and streamlining operations

 Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 6 Years dedicated accounting or finance experience in large matrixed organization
  • Manufacturing and Cost Accounting experience strongly preferred
  • Possesses a passion for driving change, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable constantly challenging existing thought processes, while at the same time enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with multi-functional business partners
  • Proven capability to design, build, and manage financial models solving complex problems
  • Must be very detail-oriented and have good follow through on tracking results
  • Comfortable developing and presenting analyses and insights to senior management
  • Strong excel and modeling skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
