Assistant Manager of Talent is responsible for:
§ Hiring top talent for the store – you would be responsible for recruiting candidates, screening applicants, setting up and executing interviews, and taking new employees through the onboarding process
§ Onboarding and training talent – creating an onboarding and training plan for all employees you hire, partnering them with top talent in your store, following up on their experience every 10, 30, and 60 days.
§ Creating work schedules weekly – creating and finalizing the work schedule for all employees, staying within payroll allocation.
§ Drive service and loyalty in the store – lead by example to drive the sales and loyalty experience for customers in our store, observe and coach your team members to exhibit the same level of customer service as you, hire talent who will meet and exceed credit card goals
§ Create a welcoming and fun work environment – this position is responsible for finding ways to engage the team around meeting goals, driving credit, and providing service. You often checks in with associates to ensure they feel supported in meeting goals and have strong sense of community in our stores.
