Administrative Assistant for Equine Veterinary Office (Keswick, VA)

Professional, friendly, dependable, mature, hard-working team player wanted for full time administrative assistant position at fast-paced ambulatory equine veterinary office. Excellent client care skills, computer skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask are a must! This job is suited for someone who is financially responsible. If you have a big balance on your credit card, this job is not for you! If you often bring drama to work, this job is not for you!

Some of the duties of the position would include, but not limited to: assisting clients, answering phones, client account maintenance, accounts receivable related functions, organizing equipment repairs, processing and uploading lab work, supporting doctors and other staff, and helping with other office maintenance needs. You will be cross trained in all areas of the administrative office. This position is in person only.
