Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bouncer or Bartender to join our team. As a Bouncer or Bartender, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons as well as serving people. Your role will involve monitoring guest behavior, checking IDs, and ensuring compliance with venue policies. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers and proper pours

-Ramp certified
- Monitor guest behavior to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and enforce venue policies
- Handle difficult situations, such as unruly guests or potential conflicts, in a calm and professional manner
- Assist in maintaining order during busy periods or special events
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bouncer or in a similar role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and venue security
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent observation skills to identify potential issues or threats
- Basic knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus
