Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or Human Resources and demonstrated experience in communications, including, but not limited to social media, video, web, writing, editing content creation, higher education recruiting, sales, marketing, communications or public relations or a closely related field.
The successful applicant will possess a positive attitude, exceptional written and oral communication skills; and will work effectively with students, parents, faculty and staff of all backgrounds. They will demonstrate creativity to the success of the college.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or Human Resources and three years of experience in higher education, teaching/advising a discipline in arts/humanities, social sciences or sciences, recruiting or communications position. Extensive experience in presenting to groups of all sizes along with experience in sales, marketing and communication, and/or social media.
