This position involves preparing high-quality, professional reports of results for academic program, college, and institutional assessment as well as institutional survey projects. These reports will be presented to faculty members and assessment coordinators of all programs, administrators, staff, and the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education, and potentially as part of research reports for regional and national conferences. This responsibility requires excellent organization skills, attention to detail, knowledge of research design, qualitative analysis skills, the ability to communicate effectively, technical writing, and report preparation skills. Additional duties include facilitation of the university-wide assessment management system, Nuventive Improvement Platform, and Power BI visualization process management, overseeing the Student Survey of Instruction, managing associated email inboxes, aiding in program outcomes assessment review, survey development, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Educational Research, Statistics, Measurement, or a related field.
One year of related experience.
Must be able to follow instructions exactly, maintain confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards. Rigorous attention to detail is required. Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills. Must be able to work with a team, work independently, and coordinate projects through to completion. Must be very proficient working with technology and software, including databases, and maintaining confidential information appropriately and securely. Personal computer and/or word processing skills are also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Educational Research, Statistics, Measurement, or a related field.
Skills listed above as well as experience with Nuventive Improvement Platform, Qualtrics, and SPSS software is preferred.
