Role Description

Never worked with claims? That’s ok, we will invest in you so that feel confident and equipped. While the ideal candidate will work Monday - Friday, the office hours are negotiable.
Essential Functions
- Answer external and internal phone calls.
- Confirm coverage and set up new claims in Origami for the Claims Manager to assign.
- Attach new claim information into Origami.
- Prepare and send acknowledgement letters on all new claims.
- Prepare and send CMS letters for new bodily injury claims.
- Open mail, scan and attach to corresponding claims in Origami.
- Assist as back-up to Admin Assistant.
- Report to Claims Manager.
- Perform other duties as directed in a manner which supports the vision, goals, and objectives as well as the overall effectiveness of OMAG.
