We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage warranty claims. The ideal candidate will oversee and managing warranty claims for products or services, ensuring timely and accurate processing. We are looking for someone that is handy, dedicated, responsible, professional, and has a great attitude. We run an honest shop and need skilled, hard-working personnel. Strong demand provides a steady work flow, safe work environment, and great pay and benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Claims Processing:

• Receive and review warranty claims submitted by technicians and advisors.

• Verify the validity of claims and ensure that they comply with warranty terms and conditions.

• Process warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for technicians regarding warranty-related inquiries.

• Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and service departments to gather necessary information for claims processing.

• Provide updates to advisors on the status of their warranty claims.

3. Record Keeping:

• Maintain organized records of warranty claims, including documentation, correspondence, and resolutions.

• Ensure that all warranty-related information is accurately entered into the company's database or management system.

4. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the service department to gather information on repairs and replacements covered by warranties.

• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to address warranty-related issues and seek resolutions.

5. Reporting:

• Generate regular reports on warranty claims, including trends, issues, and resolutions.

• Provide insights and recommendations for improving warranty processes based on analysis.

6. Customer Service:

• Assist customers in understanding warranty terms and conditions.

• Address customer inquiries and concerns related to warranties in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualified candidate preferred to have the following:

Previous experience in warranty administration, customer service, or a related field.

Familiarity with warranty terms and conditions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks

Proficiency in using computer software and databases for claims processing and record keeping.

Pay: 

-Hourly Commission, 45-55k Annual Earnings
