JOB TITLE

Housing Stability Program Administrator ( T his is not a remote or telework position.)

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$54,303 to $71,945
SUMMARY
Administers and oversees the operations of the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program (HSP) and in doing so oversees the operations of the Oklahoma Homebuilder Program and the Oklahoma Increased Housing Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Review program rules and applications for consistency and accuracy.
  • Works closely with OHFA's contracted Title Services company to coordinate loan closings associated with Oklahoma Housing Stability Program Funds.
  • Coordinate with OHFA 's contracted Inspection Services company to schedule inspections as borrowers make formal requests for funds.
  • Review and process requests for funds from borrowers to ensure that the construction is progressing.
  • Track and log applications submitted for program funds.
  • Ensure deadlines are being maintained and applications are being reviewed in a timely manner.
  • Perform marketing efforts for the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program.
  • Prepare documents to present to the OHFA Board of Trustees concerning progress of developments that have been awarded program funds.
  • Collect and compile data to complete an annual report that will be reviewed by the Executive Leadership and sent on to the State Legislature.
  • Generate reports that development owners will send to OHFA to ensure commitments are made in the applicable loan agreements.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement & Facilities Director to review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and provide feedback on services being provided for the Oklahoma Housing Stability Program.
  • Responsible for staying abreast of any program changes.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Finance, Management, or
Accounting. Experience in Banking and/or providing Title Services is preferred; or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be bondable

This is not a remote or telework position.
