About the Position: Children's Recovery Center is recruiting for compassionate nursesto assist adolescents in the recovery from mental health or substance abuse challenges.Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, our RNs provide physical assessments, implements resident's treatment plan, evaluates response to treatment, provides complete documentation, performs physical restraint assessments, administers medications as prescribed and provides health care education for residents and families. The RN supervises the daily duties of the Mental Health Techs and LPN staff, and assures that all residents are maintained in a safe environment. Performs duties in accordance with the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care, and facility and DMH mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards.
Job Type/Salary: Full-time (12-hour shifts)
Additional Compensation: Along with our great benefits we also offer addition compensation for working outside of normal business hours! These shift differentials are stacked on top of your base pay wen working evenings, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Company Overview: The Children’s Recovery Center of Oklahoma (CRC) is located in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves all 77 counties in Oklahoma as the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) treatment center for young people ages 13 through 17. CRC provides community crisis stabilization and residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health and trauma related conditions.
Drug and Alcohol Pre-Employment and Pre-placement Testing: Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
This agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours may vary depending on business necessity. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
