As a Server at The Crooked Spoon at Redmond Ridge, you will serve guests in a friendly, sincere manner and you will interact with guests to ensure they have an outstanding experience every time. This position is eligible for tips in addition to regular hourly wage.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the point-of-sale system. Initiate contact with guests within 15 feet, with a sincere welcome and the willingness to assist the guest. At the conclusion of the guest’s visit, offer a genuine thank you and invitation to return.Proficiently execute server sequenceDeliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required.Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
