We're looking for an excellent clinical supervisor who is an engaging teacher with rich clinical experience who is passionate about mentoring highly motivated associate therapists. With a maximum of six associates, the supervisor is responsible for supervising/training, providing feedback, reviewing electronic notes of their supervisees as well as conducting triadic supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active clinical license in CA: Psychologist, LCSW or LMFT
- In good standing with BBS/BOP and qualified to supervise
- Have taken or will take within 60 days the required Supervision CEUs
- Experience and strong desire to teach and supervise
- Experience with teens and/or couples
- A positive attitude and focus on clinical care in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in person if needed
- Available for ~ 4 hrs/week for supervision
- $90/hour benefits
