Role Overview:
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital advertising strategy, responsible for managing, creating, and executing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, driving traffic, and optimizing conversion rates. This role demands a balance of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to drive effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Stay ahead of digital trends and incorporate innovative tactics into our marketing efforts.
Campaign Management: Oversee our 3rd party agency partner in the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Reddit, Pinterest, etc. Spearhead all email and SMS marketing campaigns and strategies to meet campaign KPIs and facilitate list growth. Ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand voice and business objectives.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources wisely, and adjust strategies based on performance and market trends.
SEO and Content Marketing: Optimize our online content for search engines to scale organic growth, across our family of brands. Develop and execute a robust content marketing strategy that drives organic growth.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, creative, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience. Request photos, graphics, and video as needed to optimize ads.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required.
Platforms: Prior experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing management, ideally in-house experience with a brand or product. Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Ability to effectively manage 3rd party agencies.
Data analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies. Proficiency in analytics tools (Shopify, Google Analytics, Glew, Meta Insights, Klaviyo, etc.), SEO, SEM, and CRM software.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate new ideas and strategies to engage customers and drive growth.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities and strategies.
