Hourly Rate *18.50 – **19.75 (*Includes Attendance Incentive and Shift Differential & **Includes Attendance Incentive, Shift Differential, and Licensing)

Position Summary: Performs all aspects of sampling, monitoring, and testing as required to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the Wastewater Treatment, Storm Water, and Sludge Management processes.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Completes routine wastewater analytical tests daily for reference in making decisions for process control.
• Prepares wastewater treatment chemical mixes used in the treatment process.
• Adds chemical mixture as applicable to clarify water.
• Monitors numerous parameters of chemical, physical/mechanical and biological nature that are required to operate the facility.
• Works independent of on-site supervision but will know the limits of his/her responsibilities and will consistently contact supervisory staff for counsel in situations that exceed those limits.
• Responsible for the Wastewater Treatment Facility on the weekends.
• Maintain applicable paperwork in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Operate equipment to purify and clarify water for disposal process.
• Monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges.
• Clean and perform general maintenance on equipment, tanks, and other work areas.
• Performs general cleaning around the facility.
• Other duties as assigned

All duties must be performed in a manner that is compliant with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations.

Pursues continued professional development of wastewater treatment by participating in training programs afforded by the Company to accept and fulfill more advanced responsibilities in this area for the Company.
