Job Title: Marination Operator

Shift: 2nd Shift

Scheduled Hours: 1:30pm-10:30pm

Pay Rate: *$18.50 (*Includes Shift Differential & Attendance Incentive)

Job Duties: Assists in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/Tear-down workstation as required; Operate and empty tumblers. Gather and measure ingredients for brine; move tubs/vbins of meat as required; completes assigned paperwork; uses a hand or power jack to move product to and from work area after proper PIE training as required and based on production needs; and maintains the work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Assist with trash and debris removal from marination room as required. All other duties assigned. This is a safety sensitive position.
