Position Summary: This position monitors and verifies product compliance with all applicable specifications.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set-up workstation and assure that the necessary equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
- Inspect incoming raw materials.
- Verify that kill dates and other applicable dates fall within acceptable range.
- Performs pre-operational activities to include inspection and release of equipment prior start-up.
- Monitor all product attributes according to processing specifications.
- Monitor and document applicable HACCP, GMP and SSOP requirements.
- Identify and isolate questionable product.
