Description
The most critical role of the Server is to anticipate guests’ needs and fulfill them, managing the table, the meal, and the guest experience to the highest level of quality and service. The Server works in the front of the house preparing tables, describing menu items and responding to questions, eliciting information as to guests’ special dietary needs, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely and gracious manner. The Server works in close collaboration with other restaurant staff, follows established health and safety standards, and strives to provide a memorable dining experience.
