Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Host/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Provide exceptional guest services throughout their dining experience
- Assist with food preparation and ensure timely delivery to guests
- Operate Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register with precision
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and sanitize surfaces regularly

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting preferred
- Strong math skills for order accuracy and cash handling
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of sales techniques to increase revenue
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
