Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Adhere to all food safety and beverage handling procedures - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or banquets - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Stay updated on current drink trends and new cocktail recipes Experience: - Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and garnishes - Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of food safety regulations If you are passionate about bartending, have exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we invite you to apply for this position.
