JOB SUMMARY:
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of patients within the facility. Supports and promotes a positive image of professional nursing. Sees patients under a variety of circumstances. Subject to varying and unpredictable situations. Handles emergency or crisis situations.

  • $35-$61hr depending on experience
  • Differentials: evenings $3.00/hour, nights $5.00/hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a hospital setting required, emergency and/or CCU experience preferred

Licensure/Credentials

  • Current Washington State RN license required
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required within 30 days of hire
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) required within 180 days of hire
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and HazMat training required within six months of hire

  • Vacation – Beginning accrual equivalent to 12 days per year for a full-time employee. Pro-rated for part-time employees. Employees may begin using vacation after completing 1040 benefit hours. Accrual rate increases with years of service. Refer to your Labor Agreement for details.
  • Short Term Disability (STD) – Partial wage replacement for your own disability, or in some cases for the care of a disabled family member. This plan is available at no cost to the employee.
