Director of Emergency Services Needed!

We are seeking a Director of Emergency Services to join our Hospital's talented Nurse Leadership team in Charleston, SC. The 400 bed acute care Hospital is known for having a great culture amongst staff and passionate, team-oriented environment in the ED. The Director will have 5 Managers as direct reports and report to the CNO. Will oversee the main ED as well as 3 FSED's. The Dept. has a great team with excellent engagement as well as a great relationship with the Medical Director and Physicians.

• $126K - $164K depending on experience
• Up to 22.5% Bonus Incentive

• The 44-bed Main ED sees about 160K-190K patients annually
• Level 2 Trauma Center
• The 3 FSED's have about 10 beds each and see about 20-25 patients/day

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Services RN experience Required
• Prior ED RN Leadership experience Required
• Active SC - RN License (or willing to obtain if relocating)
• BSN Required
• ACLS, BLS
