Position Summary

  • As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, process, providing timely communication and updates.

  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
