Job Description:
As a Service Scheduling Manager, you will play a crucial role in organizing and prioritizing service requests, leading service teams, and managing bids for service jobs. Your leadership will ensure that our operations align with our high standards and values, fostering a positive impact on our community and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Efficiently schedule and manage the logistics of service operations.
-Prioritize service requests based on urgency and potential impact, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
-Hold service technicians accountable, promoting a culture of integrity and excellence.
-Develop and oversee bids for service jobs, ensuring they are competitive and reflect our commitment to quality.
-Proactively identify issues and lead problem-solving initiatives to improve our service delivery.
-Ensure strong communication and collaboration across various departments, enhancing our team’s effectiveness and cohesiveness.
-Collaborate to develop beneficial systems and processes to improve and optimize Ohm’s Service Department.
