The Project Manager role is expected to walk the customers through every step of their insurance restoration process from start to finish. This includes generating leads and assessing damage, to signing contracts and answering basic questions about the project to ensure total customer satisfaction.
This job requires:
- Ability to manage a CRM.
- Be knowledgeable about the product.
- Identify prospective customers.
- Lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
- Emphasize features of products to highlight features that solve customer problems using tools offered by Ohm Restoration.
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with leads to continue relationships.
- Regular lifting of 50 pounds.
- The ability to climb on residential and commercial rooftops to do basic inspections.
- Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.
- A reliable vehicle.
- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
- Construction or sales experience a plus, but not required.
