Overview

Project Director for OHLA USA, Inc. to report to our Queens, NY HQ loc. but working at multiple unanticipated locs in USA. 

Responsibilities

• Manage direct pjct team, incl comm, coord follow-up, to meet pjct goals objectives.
• Train mentor pjct team, coord training compliance measures.
• Direct report to sr mgmt. Provide ongoing pjct info revs as req’d.
• Def SOW, sched, bdgt for sr mgmt., pjct team, client. Determine controls maintain pjct sched bdgt, track milestones to keep pjct on track.
• Ident secure approval for all changes in pjct scope, bdgt, or sched.
• Maintain reg comm w/ client, adjust deliverables as req’d to meet client/stkhldr needs contract obligations.
• Ensure compliance w/ company policies procedures, incl safety.
• Resp for profit/loss to meet fin operational expectations.
• Monitor control all aspects of pjct, incl design, procurement, constr, E&M commissioning, full sys integration, indep safety cert.
• Manage status, issues real/target outcomes to take proactive corrective action as req’d to keep pjct on track.
• Supervise selection of subcontractors suppliers.
• Manage cash-flow cost control to optimize bdgt, forecasts profit.
• Little domestic travel may be involved. May undergo background checks. 

Salary range is $182,874 - $239,200 annually

Qualifications

• Must have Masters in Civil Eng'ring, Industrial Eng’ring, rel Eng’ring or other rel field, 5 yrs rel exp working on large-scale infrastructure projects, and required skills (5 yrs exp).
• In the alternative, must have Bach in Civil Eng'ring, Industrial Eng’ring, rel Eng’ring or other rel field, 10 yrs rel exp working on large-scale infrastructure projects, and required skills (10 yrs exp).
• Required skills include: integrating complex railway systems; change management and dispute resolution within the construction industry; leading multi-disciplinary teams; and applying financial concepts to a construction environment.
